PREORDER INFORMATION

Pre-Order Information Most items are ordered on a pre-ordered basis. In the description of the item an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is listed. This ETA is given to us from the Vendor and is only an ESTIMATION.

When you place a pre-order for a "future delivery" item, you will be allocated one from the quantities we have on order. This is a very important benefit for you, since our entire allocation for some items are sold out before we receive them. ( We reserves the right to limit any customer's order quantities greater than one.)

In fairness to others, if you're not absolutely, positively sure you want an item, please don't pre-order it from us. Such actions could very well prevent another collector who really wants it from pre-ordering one.

If for any reason a future delivery program that you ordered is not produced, you will be emailed a cancellation notice and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

If for any reason the manufacturer does not ship us the total quantity we have on order (such as an act of God), We will fill as many orders as we can (based on order history, order time and order date). We will then immediately email those that will not be receiving their pre-ordered item.

SOMETIMES THERE IS A LIMIT OF 1 OF ANY ITEM PER CUSTOMER. All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to prevent an oversold situation but cannot guarantee this. All items are a first come basis.

The Dirt Late Models and Modifieds. The Drivers sometime get their Diecast Cars 30 Days before Dealers Get Their Cars. American Diecast Company Do not give the Dealers any Info on when Cars will be Ready to Ship To Us.

So E-Mailing us asking when your Order Will Ship. We have no Idea when these Cars will Ship to Us from American Diecast Company.

"A Payment of .00 of your order is  "Due at time the Order is Placed " on 1/24 and 1/18 Scale Pre-Order items and the Balance of the order is due when the product is available for Shipment." 

THE .00 IS NON REFUNDABLE!!!!   If you cancel your Preorder, it's a Non Refundable RESTOCKING FEE. !!

IF THE ITEM IS CANCELLED BY THE VENDOR THE .00 WILL BE REFUNDED.

We are having to many orders being cancelled and/or credit cards are declining when the Pre-Order Items are ready to be shipped. That is why the .00 is being charged to check to make sure the Credit Card number is voided and good.
